The Smallwood Trust are pleased to launch its second Board Shadowing Programme which provides women with lived experience and insight into the roles of trustees and boards as well as the opportunity to contribute their own invaluable perspectives in helping end gendered poverty. The programme will run from October 2022 to September 2023 and 3-4 individuals with lived experience of gendered poverty will be selected. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn what it means to be a trustee in the grant-making and funding sector, and support the vision of ending gendered poverty.
