Trustees Unlimited (TU) has disrupted and shaped the trustee recruitment market since its establishment in 2009. Its intention then and now has been to ensure organisations are able to draw on a diverse pool of talent when developing their boards. Trustees Unlimited are looking to develop their Diversity Panel with experts who will help shape their thinking around how best to improve diversity on charity boards. The ideal candidates will first and foremost believe wholeheartedly in the importance of board diversity and are experts, practitioners and experienced trustees from diverse backgrounds.
