Renaissance Foundation is a specialist youth charity based in East London which transforms the lives of vulnerable young patients and carers. We have a vacancy on our board for HR support to help ensure our HR compliance, at the staff and board level. We are currently in the process of redefining our board roles and responsibilities and this is the piece of work that needs immediate attention. To review and recommend current and future strategic human resourcing, training and development and annual budgets and plans to the Trustee Board. This role is London based but can be fulfilled remotely.
