Offline Outreach & Support Manager

Spark and Co. is a community led – our users are the heart of everything we do. A key part of this role will be supporting and engaging with people who cannot access the website. You’ll be the lead person managing our offline outreach and support. This will include looking after our chat and phone service, building relationships with communities and partners. 6 month contract, 2 days a week, £100 per day, remote and flexible.
