Avant Garde are at the forefront of London’s contemporary/hip-hop dance scene. Trustees are responsible for overseeing the management, finances and governance of Avant Garde. Trustees are also responsible for ensuring the efficient running and continued development of the organisation within its stated policy.  Meetings take place quarterly and attendance at company performances and events is encouraged. While Avant Garde is based in Hackney, it is envisioned that for the foreseeable future meetings will be conducted remotely.
