GirlDreamer Opps are a great way for companies to showcase new job opportunities to our audience. Organisations typically receive 5-10 times higher applications and engagement from communities they are less connected to when they use the GirlDreamer Opps service.
GirlDreamer runs multiple programmes to further the personal and professional development of young women of colour each year. Companies can choose to donate products, time, venue space or other in-kind donations to raise awareness for their brand with our community members.
Sponsoring the GirlDreamer blog is a great way to generate brand exposure with our community and to showcase genuine interest and engagement in the thoughts and musings of GirlDreamers. The GirlDreamer podcast is currently under development and any sponsor will have exclusive rights to advertise with us for our first season.
GirlDreamer offers unique workshops to help companies to better engage with their communities and demonstrate their social impact. Our workshops include ‘Setting up your Youth Advisory Board’, ‘How to Build an Inclusive Community’ and ‘Measuring your Social Impact’.
GirlDreamer hosts a huge range of one-off events throughout the year based on different themes. Ranging from sport and nature day trips to community building and professional development support sessions, GirlDreamer connects and uplifts the community in the ways that are the most needed. Companies can engage and connect with our community by sponsoring a one-off event that aligns with their own mission and values.
Companies can choose to run online sessions to engage with GirlDreamers nationwide. Webinars can be a great way for a company to learn more about the GirlDreamer community whilst sharing knowledge and skills about their industry.
Dream Partners is a year long programme that supports the GirlDreamer community through a phased approach. The Elevate, Educate and Empower phases aim to increase understanding and exposure of the partner organisation whilst building the skills and experience of GirlDreamers interested in the sector. The programme is designed around the partner’s desired social impact goals, and it allows the opportunity for genuine engagement and outreach through campaigns and initiatives.
This is where companies who would like more access and reach with women of colour will come together with us to create an experience day (or two) in “their world”. Small groups of women of colour then have a chance to get an inside look into that world, get a feel for a ‘life in the day’ and gain vital access that could be the missing link in inspiring or understanding how they can be part of it all.
The Dream Fund is a micro-grant programme that supports early stage women of colour led organisations to scale and develop. The purpose of the Dream Fund is to support women of colour in their ambitions, to develop their leadership capacity and improve their likelihood of success.
